Bad service from Audi SA

My car went in for 60 000km service But also needed replacement of the chrome side trimmer on rear right window which came OFF ON HIGHWAY WHILST DRIVING

AUDI cane back with response they cant REPLACE ALTHOUGH IT IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY because i dont have original part

How will i have the original part if i lost it on the highway

Very unhappy with Audi Service
