Bad service

I don't advise anyone to use Audi. I have experiance a bad service in Audi Centre Durban. My car is still under warranty been having nocking noise. Reporte to Audi 3 times. 13.04.2021 sent the car to Aud and i was told to book it in. On the 16. 04.2021 booked the car and fetched it on the 17th April 2021 and 2days later thebsame noise started agoin. I phoned Audi that the. Noise is back can they take the car and. Check what wrong and organise me another car coz dont have another one, Still no help. On Monday, 17th May i went to Audi and demonstrated the noise andI told them that im a woman im scared to drive the car which makes so much noise and they told me that they will call in three days to bring the car.... I am very frustrated with Audi Durban. I dont know what else must i do for my car to get fixed.
