bad service deluxe

<p>after publishing a story regarding the terrible service i received at Audi Menlyn, and with the problems still continueing on my car, i havent had a call from either Audi Menlyn , or Audi SA. i expected much better communication from their team! i need to know urgently what the next step is on fixing my DSG box because i have 10 000km left on my motor plan!!!! please can someone send me in the right diection to Audi SA</p>
