Bad service

Today I had an appointment at audi for my wipers to be replaced ,Mrs Globalaar didnt even come to welcome me nor inspect the car as i left audi klerksdorp my car is currently still at the same spot i left i had to go back to her to tell her what to check again.

I want to know if audi SA wants to close this shop or tell us indirectly to stop coming to them as they do not take one seriously. This is for the second time with unhappy visit last time i went to ask them to assist with putting my new number plates she said i must go where i bought it .I told her that is not even her job she must ask one of the mechanics to do it as is still the same dealer .

I will not recommend audi klerksdorp to anyone buying an audi next time will be a challenge as much as i love it the girl attitude stinks. She is just too arrogant and audi does not take this seriously maybe is because i have not went as far as recording the incident but if there is gonna be next time i am and will even tell my friends too.

I believe I deserve the best service and respect from audi .

No wonder the branch was closed for sales your service is bad go to VW and seek for advise and actually thinking of taking you too Twitter. For wipers will get the car at 15h00 I wonder if it was Ferrari it was gona be ten days
