Bad service bad attitude

After purchasing a vehicle at Audi Menlyn, they were supposed to register the vehicle and arrange numbers plates. This was not done. When I called the dealership to complain I was directed to Derrick as second in charge. He took my details and has never bothered to come back to me. The permit on the vehicle has long expired and the vehicle is still not registered.
