BAD SERVICE - AUDI MENLYN

This is the second time where I took my car in for service at Audi service centre menlyn. The service I received was terrible and unacceptable. After booking my car in, the service consultant Charmaine proceeded to take my car in to the workshop for my brake pads to be replaced. She didn't call me to follow up and let me know when my car will be ready or that the part required for my rear light would only arrive after the long weekend. I had to call the dealership at menlyn to enquire regarding the progress of my car. I collected my car from service at 16:45 with a half done job. my car was returned to me with a scratch on the door. I will never recommend Audi to anyone. This is the second time where I have collected a damaged car from service.
