Bad service Audi Fourways

I drive an Audi and work odd hours . On my way to work this morning the car lost power and couldn't drive it . Called Audi Assist and they immediately arranged a tow in . The car was towed in but I live 55km from were the incident took place . Now I am being told to wait (Lord knows for how long ) for a driver to drop me home . But the question is how do I get around . How do I get home . All I hear is all the things they cannot do for me
