Bad Service at Mc Carthy Audi in Acadia

Last year September I traded my A4 for an A5 at Mc McCarthy Audi in Acadia . The A5 that I had purchased was over 100km and Audi promised that they will extend the motor plan to 160km, should it have not been this deal I would have not changed my A4 which was also on 100km. When signing the contract they said the motor plan only included a service plan and not mechanical breakdowns at first I was unhappy as that's not what we agreed on my impression was that I was going to get a full extended motor plan they story had changed . Then I signed and took a mechanical cover with MFC . I than took my car for a 105km service in Dec at the same dealer. At the service they said they could not change my brake pads and discs as its not covered they could only change the oils etc. this came as a surprise as I was never informed nor did they explain that I wasn't covered for that otherwise I would have not bought the car. I than call Bidvest to find out how much extra do I need to pay to get the maintenance cover, they told me the maintenance cover includes the service and the two can not be separated. And that if I take it I must pay for the service as well of which Audi is paying already . I'm just so disappointed in the service of this dealer as they will do anything to close a deal even if it means giving you the wrong and incomplete information. And only tell you of some changes when signing and still not be completely honest. This is my third Audi that I have purchased and very disappointed even the tyre sizes where not the same size but they managed to fix this after I complained. Before getting the car the stories kept changing even the vehicles changed to what we first agreed on. This was rather a ***** experience in all the other Audi's that I had purchased .
