Bad service at Audi

I just had the worst experience at Audi Richards Bay. Audi N1 phoned them asking if I can go and sign a contract there and when I got there, I was told that they will not help me, seeing that the car was not bought there. I told them but we still buying a car with Audi, so they must assist us. I was told it is the principle. So Kia Empangeni and Peugot Empangeni was good enough to assist me to get the contract signed for the Audi we just bought. The other time, we wanted to buy a Q3, we were told to come in and sign the document and when we got there, they said: Oh sorry we just told the car and we were also treated badly. Almost like it is our fault that the car were sold. Buying a car should be an happy event, but this ended up in the worst day.
