Bad service and lack of ownership

If there was a negative star I would give you -10 because of the lack of ownership form Audi in braam and bruma.

I took my car in on Friday the 4th of december 2020 and informed them that I'm leaving the country on wednesday (today) and i was promised that it would be sorted out but all I get is Phil the manager passing the blame to the parts manager and they joined forces and blamed DSV. No accountability and ownership

This is the second time Audi SA have disappointed. After taking my car in to Audi Bruma they told me the car was fine and I was stuck on the side on the highway luckily I have insurance and they rescued me from the bad service I got from Audi.

Audi lacks accountability and ownership of their own issues. The best part is that "they understand" but I don't think they do at all
