BAD SERVICE

Audi Arcadia, I bought my audi S-line 10 years back , since I bought it , it is Audi that fixes it, but lately the service is so marginalized, firstly they failed to diagnose the car, they been asking for this part and that part making excuses of ordering from Germany and Putin'war, the truth my car has been with them from Jan 2023 to date April 2023, because I called today they claim , it is Germany again so they think Germany might send parts end of May 2023, the service is SB, they promise 10 days, which change to 20 to 30 to 4 months now,
