Bad service

I'm disgusted by the level of service I'm receiving from the audi finance call centre. They have sent me pillar to post after debiting extra money on my account, Noone can tell me how and what happened. You dial the customer service line *** then transferred to collections then transferred everywhere like circus ball. My next step is to reverse my debit orders.
