Bad service

I took my car to Audi Rivonia 5 weeks ago and Russel the tech found the problem . He said he ordered the parts and until today I haven't heard anything from him . 2 weeks ago I took my phone and called him to get feedback and he said he will call me back till this day nothing from him.<br> Bad bad service Audi and I'm so disappointed, I love your brand but the kind of service I'm getting is not acceptable.
