Bad service

I took my car for a major 90K service on Friday at Audi Menlyn where the car was kept till Wednesday. Then on Friday same week when I got my car, I drove from Jo'burg going to Secunda. On my way I decided to stop then I got stuck, the car didn't want to start which was due to the dysfunction in the engine. Then I called the Audi road assistance around 12 pm then Audi SA were communicating with me about getting the nearest Audi dealership for a technician to assist. I was stuck on N17 highway just before Canival City, And no Audi dealership between Jo'burg and near Carnival City wanted to send their technicians. I waited for 3 hours while Audi SA kept on saying they are trying to locate the nearest Audi technician. Then eventually they decided that they will send someone to come tow my car. And that was after 4 hours I waited for a technican. They then towed my car back to Audi menlyn where it is even now and I don't even get feedback about what is happening with my car, and i spent the whole week waiting for my car and i travel a lot and they couldnt even arrange me a courtesy car as the fault was on their side. And Audi SA couldnt even arrange transport for me to go home.
