Bad service

I had a bit of bad service on Friday at Audi Centurion. My Vehicle gave me a small orange engine light on the dashboard when I started it. I thought I will just pop in at Audi Centurion to ask if it is safe to drive with the car with this light on. The service adviser then told me there is a row of clients waiting for their cars, I will have to come back on Monday. I did not expect it to be fixed, I wanted to know if I would be able to use my car the weekend or not... The service adviser basically told me that there is a row of other clients more important than me and that he did not have time for me. I then got on the phone with Audi Menlyn and asked then exactly the same question and they assisted me within 25 min! I will thus not go back to Audi Centurion, It is a shame, because I stay 4 km away from Audi Centurion. Big applause and thanks to Audi Menlyn. Just thought Audi SA need to take notice of this.
