Bad Service

I bought a vehicle through the Audi Centre Northcliff branch on 8 October 2015. While the sales process was pleasant, the after sales service was very bad, or rather non existent.<br> <br> I have two complaints:<br> 1. It took them more than a month to settle my vehicle that I traded in. This is after numerous request from my side to do so.<br> 2. Its two months later and I still don't have my vehicle registration disk.<br> <br> According to the dealer principal he has done so much to accommodate me - please Marc, you have no idea about customer service.
