BAD SERVICE

I am real so disappointed on the service I got from Audi Johannesburg at Bramfontein and they have messed up my Audi A3 TFSI 2016 model . I brought my car for service on the 21st November 2018 only service and turn out to be nightmare of my life. No.1 They took they are time to drop me at work which is just few ****os .No.2 I I took my car thinking that its okay because its from service and I was going to the wedding with other people but I slept at N1 until in the morning the car didn't have power and it has lost water if it was not my insurance which towed me to the safest place maybe we would have been ****ed in the middle of nowhere because its not safe. I went home with it before the service with no issues and after service this happen. i have to hire a bakkie and private car to drop people at the wedding and towing the car back which was 400 ****os from Johannesburg. My weekend was a disaster because of 1 person who was failing to do their job.
