Bad Service

Get to service the car on Wednesday 24/01/2018 then on Friday 26/01/2018 the car leaks diesel. The dealership says the diesel filter is faulty. How can that be after servicing the car two days before? & Does it really take three days to resolve this while I am immobile? And nobody is taking accountability...
