Bad Service

Hello Peter,<br> <br> On the 27th May 2015, I took stock of a Ford Fiesta from Audi Sandton Pre Owned. The Sales Person said I should test (check) if there are any issues with the car and let him know.<br> Issues picked up:<br> 28th May 2015, steering wheel vibrated when I drove about 100km/h,<br> 28th May 2015, the hook that holds the backboard when you open boot is broken.<br> 31 May 2015, car breaks down after clutch snaps, gets towed to Audi and ends up costing me R300 for towing.<br> 16 June 2015, the right headlamp stops working.<br> 14 August 2015, the left headlamp stops working.<br> Car gets fixed after clutch snaps, 1 June 2015. Vibration of steering wheel is fixed and car returned, 12 June 2015.<br> I was told that I would be reimbursed for the towing fee, to this date I am waiting for the fee to be reimbursed.<br> I even gave 'MJ' my banking details.<br> I was told that the hook that holds the backboard when you open the boot would be fixed, to this date nothing has been forth coming.<br> I resorted to sending an e-mail to the Sales Executive Manager, Stephen Becker, raising my issues but that was treated the same... No answer!<br> Audi received their money from me and DO NOT GIVE A DAMN!
