Bad Service

Oh wow...Audi Claremont just seems to shock me once again!!! My new Audi A3 was just dead flat this morning. Eventually I call Audi Assist to come and jump start me. When I left home I phoned Audi Claremont and they said I can bring in my car to have the battery checked out. When I got to Audi Claremont the girl at service just said sorry she cant help me and that I have to book in my car. Really??? For a battery??? She said I can leave my car there and then maybe tomorrow they will have time to check the battery. Okay no worries, I will just walk wherever I want to go. So now they expect me as a woman alone to be stranded somewhere if my car doesnt want to start. I dont see the reason for me paying R7600 and when you need service it doesnt exist!!!! I am speechless!!!
