Bad service

<p>I bought a used Audi A1 in September and the sales asssitant name is Tshepo,his service was ok until the day i went to fetch the car, fistly i had to wait at the dealer for 1/30 minutes for a contract to be redrawn,then when i went to fetch the car later i was not given the spare key, the next day when i spoke to the sales assistant he advised me that the key will be delivered to my work pace during that same week,three weeks went by without the key and i called to ask for feedback, he told me that he couldnt find the spare key he will get back to me as soon as he does,another two weeks passed i called him and he came to my work place with the wrong key, i also told him that the current car keys i have also have a problem and he said its not a big problem, then he said he will come back later with the correct key ,and if he doesnt find it he will request a new key to be made ,he called and told me that the key is being ordered it will be delivered to me the last week of October ,its the 9th of November today and still no spare ,almost three months after purchasing the car i still dont have a spare key.</p>
