Bad Service

My Husband and I bought an Audi A4 2. Avant at Audi Centre in Northcliff in November 2015. My husband is there every month since we bought the car due to problems with the car. <br> The Service Manager and pre-owned sales manager keeps sending him from pillar to post. on the 14th April 2016, my husband leaves the car there for service in the morning, only for Audi service phones him at 15:00 to tell him that used car department is refusing to pay for the service. Now at 17:36 he is sitting the waiting for them to finish...<br> This is really bad service and so inconveniencing.
