Bad feedback has cost me P40k

Two days after getting my car back from service it needed more oil. I thought that they must have not filled up properly after the oil change and topped it up. ****ms later the car needed more oil and again after another 600 or so kms. They took it for an oil consumption test and decided they wanted to overhaul the engine completely. They just had to check with Motorite SA that this would be covered by the maintenance plan. This was on the 28th May and the plan expires on 26th June. They took so long to ask and get a reply despite my weekly emails (No-one answers the phone) to enquire on the progress that I only got feed back yesterday and of course now it's too late to fall under the plan.
