bad customer service

to this date I have not received any feedback from Audi pietermaritzburg which proves how much inconsiderant and unprofessional they are. No one has called to give me feedback on anything regarding the parts that were suppose to be ordered etc and my utter disgust from their branch manager's manners towards a very loyal customer
