Bad Customer Service

I purchased a Audi A3 in Jan 2014 from a dealer. Since I purchased the car I have taken the car for 2 services and both times I have not had positive experiences. The first time they could not find the sreetching sound it was making and the car was still dirty when returned to me. The second time still they could not find the screeching noise, they told me they fixed a slow puncture however they never did. I had to repace the tire not to long after this. This car until today still has the screetching noise and sound as if it is from the drive shaft.

In early 2017 my car gave problems(with 35 000 km on clock) and had to have the gearbox control panel replaced. The car was towed from my house and I had no option to where the car was taken. It had to go to a dealer closest to my house. I was left without a car for 7 days and had to find my own way to work. On collection of my vehicle I was give the key and pointed to where it was standing. I went and checked the car and found that the bumper was scratched(please note the bumper was respainted 3 months prior). On further enquiry and some fighting the dealer admited they are liable as there is nothing on the inspection report. No effort has been made to get is resolved and I still have the scratches on my car.

Late in March 2017 my car started giving issues starting . With luck I got it started and drove to work. During lunch time once again I got it started I drove to a dealer closest to my work ,the dealer indicated they cannot assist me and phoned 3 more dealers to see if they can fit me in. This was a Friday lunch time. Apparently they cannot just replace a battery it has to go on charge for 6 hours and only after this can they replace the battery. The dealer jump started my car and off I went. Never the less I had no car for the weekend as it would not start again and the dealer was aware of this. They also have no consideration for safety, what if the car stalled and I could not get it re-started. Monday I had some meetings to attend and could not just get up and go when I want Just after 10:00am I phoned Audi assist to get them to jump start the car and once again drove the car to a dealerto replace the battery. I was told they are full and may not be able to replace the battery until the next day.

There seems to be a huge issue with Audi SA procedures. Procedures are more important than the customer. The right thing to have done was to give me a loan battery for the weekend and to then test the battery thereafter. Audi has no consideration and seem to only be worried about who pays for the battery at the expense of the customer. Should replacement of a battery take 2 days it is absolutely insane.

My car is due for replacement in the next 2 years. Will I purhcase another Audi, I do not think so. Why would I if I am left stranded for 11 days in a 2 month timeframe.
