bad communication from audi SA

To date I laid a complaint about the dealership manager how rude and inconsiderant he was towards me when I had issues with my car but the last call only asked me if my car was eventually sorted and which my complaint was mainly about how the manager treats his customers.

I am highly disappointed in how this matter was handled. I feel as if my complaint was over ridden hence they were able to fix the car and all was sorted, which isn't the case. I have every right to know what measure have been put in place as I was deeply bruised by his behaviour. No one in management should treat his customers the way he treated me.
