Bad bad bad customer service

Since November 2015 to date my car has been towed for 3 times car still under warranty bought in 2012 July with 60k km on the clock. The car is jerking sometimes just switch off computer box while driving and everything become dyfunctional no power when accelerating and the same thing they always tell me it has been fixed 2 days later starting to do one and the same thing I will never ever buy audi in my life they make my life miserable. Even now it was towed yesterday 12.30 to Durban branch I have not yet received any call for an update its the 3rd weekend having no car no courtesy car but I'm paying for the car every month. They don't even bother to check my mobility since then. they always tell me it a factory faulty why must I suffer? They must take their car I don't want it anymore sick and tired for being inconvenience . I will never recommend an audi car to anyone . If I request courtesy car they are refusing they are saying I don't qualify since Parts are not back order. Is it really fair is that how you treat your customers? 3 times ?
