bad attitude by Audi centre Arcadia employee

I am disappointed in the manner in which Ms Sibongile Khumalo handled my complaint regarding the service of my car. I had booked the car for service and some few things including wiper system and brake pads. they were but not to my satisfaction. I was told to bring the car back and will be given a courtesy car while they will looking at the problem. when I arrived there today (11 August 2015), instead of Ms Sibongile Khumalo trying to understand my frustration, she was just shouting at me saying \who said you will get the car......". I mean raising her voice to me as im making up my story was really unprofessional and uncalled for. I would want to be assisted her should I retain my relationship with Audi. """
