Audi/VW the worse choice one could ever make

After 5months of being inconvenienced by Audi Claremont my Q7 with just 51000km on the clock with 18months remaining on motor plan, it still remains undiagnosed and repaired. A noise that was never ever present before it had to have a water pump replaced is still present after numerous attempts by the dealership to have it diagnosed and repaired. The communication from the dealership as well as Audi south africa has been nothing short of appalling. After everything Audi says that the noise is normal when it is clearly not and that no further repair is required when a rival dealer in the western cape gave me an opinion based on just test driving and hearing the issue once and suggest that it is turbo related and that it needs to be addressed urgently or else there is a likelihood of the vehicle going into limp mode when you least expect it. Mr Shawn Peach and his team at Audi Claremont continue to go about their business whilst hiding behind the skirt of Audi SA and their group of unhelpful robots. After going through 27 vehicles in the last 15years with the Audi/VW brand i have finally reached the end of the road and would seriously not recommend anyone to get into the brand right now as they seem to be navigating challenging times which is a result of their poor after sales service. As an owner of their most premium and sought after models over the years they never afforded me the recognition without having to engage higher powers. As a consumer we should always come first and not be made to feel one bit of discomfort during your relationship with a brand that is associated with premium luxury across the globe, i however have been inconvenienced in this instance on an on and off basis for over 5months now with no solution. furthermore Audi Claremont took my money for a cosmetic part 5 months ago and until this day have not contacted me with regards to something i paid them for from my own pocket. To add insult to injury the vehicle now seems to have issues with its suspension/cv joint which seems to be getting worse by the day and to top it all it now has a new intermittent reminder that pops up and says electronic failure when you start it every couple of days. In a nutshell stay very far from Audi center Claremont and stay even further away from Audi/VW brand if you require good service because you will be devastated by their poor show from dealer to headoffice.
