Audi’s pathetic service

My car has been at Audi Welkom since 25 September, they have been paid but apparently there’s no part in South Africa. The date that the part would be received in Germany from the supplier is 17/01/2025, how is it possible that no part can be found in South Africa when there are thousands of cars using the same part being driven in the country?

To make matters worse, my car has been left where there’s no shade, my car is getting damaged on a daily basis! Customer care is of no use also! Disappointed by a brand that speaks highly about itself but doesn’t care about its clients!
