Audio Sandton Pathetic Service

<p>Audi Sandton has embraced change like the rest of the South African market by dropping service levels and focusing on making a quick buck. Today i go into Audio Sandton Service Department, all the service advisors are buried deep into their PC's and go in deeper when they see a customer hoping i dont choose them to assist me, leads you to wonder what do service advisors do on PC's all day? eventually a kind lady asks if she can help. so they find the fault which is some bushes or something and i aks when can i book to have it repaired i was told 28th June 2016 but if i want a service they can do friday. The CRM Ishmael Rylands tells me nothing he can do, so i ask why can you service a car but not repair it? Quick turnaround he tells me. Clearly more profitable when you are turning around cars for services than to actually spend time repairing a car. So the priority for Audi Sandton is to make a buck and not manage customers requirements. Dont service your car there or buy another car there ! It does not matter if you service your car there regularly or not you are just a number to these people who are focused on targeting services and not repairs for their profit margits. People use this company for convienece but clearly its worth driving a bit further to get service you deserve when you spend so much money on a car. Thank you to Northcliff Audi who could do the repairs by friday. Audi Sandton could learn from them.</p>
