<p>Horribly rude and arrogrant service advisor Delmarie at Audi waterfront Cpt. From the offset this dealership has given issues and it seems Top Management does not care. Inconveniencing a customer and sarcasm is no way to handle their own mess ups. Back and forth issues with the car and courtesy car has put a extremely bad taste in my mouth. They pride themselves on feedback yet between Carmile and Delmarie they definitely hard of hearing. No way to treat a customer. To David and Grant that sold me the brand new Audiences A3,unfortunately your excellent client service ends when the car has to come back to the workshop.
