Audi Warranty ****

Very unsatisfied with the service, My car is still under Motor plan warranty but the dealer refused to replace my water pump because I topped up coolant at the petrol station and not audi, that time I received a warning light that my coolant was low and I should stop the car immediately,

Their reasoning is I should've have called Audi assist and waited for a tow truck to come get a car, petty right?

Yep,now I have to pay R12k cash in order for them to fix and release my car.
