Audi wants your car damaged. Appalling standards.

Audi South Africa recommended a panel beater who has done more damage to my car than when it went in.

I provided photos, videos, a quote for mechanical damage from one of their own dealers and other proof. Audi neither cares nor wants to hold the dealer responsible.

Firstly, I reported this around the 14th-18th of December. They didn't come back to me at all.

The panel beater backs the repars, which have new damage to the bonnet, front grill, doors, sensors, cameras, etc.

The car is extremely hard to park as all the panels are off, meaning the cameras are too.

The car went in for Right panel damage, yet there are parts missing from the engine bay, front grill damage, bonnet damage, left door damage. All stand out vs the original images sent in for a quote.

I've lost R100'000's in value on this vehicle now. And Audi thinks it's a joke. They want the car to go back to the scene of the crime for more damage to be made. This after the same panel shop ignored my emails and images for over a month, haven't contacted me at all and CLEARLY has no capability to fix the car.

Above not responding to me, the "agent" assigned to the case just shrugs it off. Ag, you just lose value of your car worth over a million rand. Who cares, it's your money. Send it back to the same shop we recommended so they can break it more.
