Audi useless when it comes to customer service

Does Audi know what customer services are?Audi is absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. I took my vehicle in today to Audi Westrand because my battery died. However, phoned Audi Assist on Monday to arrange to take my vehicle in hopefully ensure a battery to be available for the vehicle. After I phoned Audi Westrand at 12am I was advised I have to wait and hour later were informed by Raymond, they don't have a battery available. I have taken a day off to sort out this problem, only to be advised they don't have stock. I have to get to work and they don't have a loan vehicle. I contacted Audi SA, absolutely useless as well, not assisting me in getting a resolution in how I will get to work tomorrow due to the incompetence of a service manager having stock of a battery at the dealership. I would like to know what Audi will do to ensure I will be able to get to work tomorrow, because I need to a vehicle, due to my vehicle still sitting at Audi Westrand. I believe BMW and Merc are far better when it comes to customer service however Audi doesn't care about the customer service or assisting them. Audi is absolutely useless, not voorsprung der technik
