Pathetic Service.<br> Unprofessional customer relations.<br> Glen Sinden - Service advisor - loses his temper and becomes rather immature. My car was extremely dirty when I went to pick it up. It was washed in such a shoddy manner that when I complained to my service advisor Glen Sinden he simply said I can put my complaint on the survey when they call me the following day. The interior was left extremely dirty. Lies and excuses were made up.<br> <br> They couldnt tell me how much brakes were left, they couldnt show me on black and white paper that the oil was changed indeed.<br> <br> The Dealer Principal Hayley Austin simply says they dont change the oil for each service thats why it wasnt added on my estimate. (ever heard of this nonsense?)<br> <br> Hayley Austin has no professionalism and ethics especially in customer relations - she rather takes it personal and loses it and claims its personal attacking just to cover her shoddy service as an excuse.<br> <br> The transport system to pick you up is pathetic. I had to be picked up at 4pm from work which they forgot about and I had to phone after them to find out in which they only picked me up an hour later.<br> <br> STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. GO TO BOKSBURG ETC.
