Audi The Glen is the worst dealership ever

I have never in my life received such **** service. Audi The Glen is the worst dealership or entity that I have ever had to deal with. I took my in to fit brake pads on Monday 20, May at 09:00. Firstly this white guy spoke in Afrikaans saying that I brought the car in late I think his name is: Glen Sinden. I ignored that I then told him that there was an oil light flashing, and that I only poured one can, can they please fill it up, cause I dont think the oil in the car is enough. The car was taken and by 13:30 there was no phone calls from the guy updating me about how far they are with the car. I decided to phone and inquire and he said they are still busy and I asked with what. I literaly had to ask him to get off his butt and give me proper feedback as to there the ****** car was. He told me that they haven't even started with the car. I phone the driver and asked him to pick me up cause it was getting late I ended up having to bring my son into the dealer cause by the time I left it was almost time me to pick-up him up. When I arrived Glen didn't even acknowledge me and lady that sits just next to him asked if I was helped and I told her that I was waiting for my car. She then told this Glen guy who just said ja ja we are still busy with the car. I stayed there for almost two hours still with no updates and finally after 17:20 I was told that my car was ready. I drove off a day later a lady from the dealer phones me to check whether the service received was adequate. I told that I was very angry cited the above situation. I then received a call from this Glen character trying to explain himself and I said how dare you try and explain such **** service instead of apologizing. I then told him of my previous experience at the same dealer where I was told that break pads were available in South Africa and had to be ordered in Germany and that could take two weeks. This was at a time when I was arranging my cousin's funeral and I needed the car. When I told my Dad the story he got his PA to phone around and her first call was at Audi Sandton I think and they were shocked that a dealer does not have break pads, they then offered to deliver their own stock to The Glen. I phone whoever the Service Advisor was at the time to say to him what the **** is he talking about that break pads had to ordered overseas. By then he had me sign documents for a car rental that I had to pay from my own pocket "cause they did have cars to lend me". Fast forward to today 24th May 2019 and guess what when I asked Glen if oil was fileld in the car he said yes 1lt was poured. Now I stopped at a filling station on my way to work at 04:15 and the petrol attendant says there's no oil in the car. What the **** guys. What kind of **** service is this. This how little they think of their customers. Ooh My God. Please reopen the Joburg Service Station there I was treated like a paying customer. Giovanni was the greatest Service Advisor ever. These ****ers don't know what they are doing at The Glen including their manager who defended the guy who messed up on my first service there. I need to go to KZN this evening and I need oil in my car.
