Audi structure default not supported by Audi SA

I have recently learned that Audi SA do not guarantee any work carried out by dealerships or any other parties their dealerships may appoint to carry out work which they do not have the equipment to do. How's that for buying a superior product which you hope can be support with the respective guarantees/warrantees and maintenance plans! My new car had been back and forth to Audi dealerships since I bought it in 2013. Now im being told they do not have the equipment to do the repair and will send it to an audi approved repairer (THIS COULD ESEENTIALLY BE ANY PANEL BEATER) to sort the problem. Issue is, they will not guarantee any of the work done. Be careful of the fine print. Audi's approach to warrantee is - we will go to any lengths to honor the warrantee with any provider who can sort the problem but we don't guarantee it. BODY WORK TO A NEW CAR? Dissappointing to say the least
