Audi South Africa - worst service ever!!

Worst Post Purchase Service Ever! A brand that makes themselves seem better by faulting all other Vehicle brands across South Africa. I bought an Audi A1 in April 2018, 4 months post purchase I was unhappy due to the squeaking of my brakes. I sent my car in to FOURWAYS Audi - they mentioned there was dust on the brakes that had to be cleaned. The squeak still existed. I was then advised to use Audi SANDTON as my first service point of contact - my car went in for service and I still received it back with the absolute worst squeaking sound. Nobody could seem to hear the squeak or find a reason for it. I have complained and recorded on numerous occasions how terrible the squeaking is, and upon my second visit to AUDI SANDTON I mentioned that I am not happy with my vehicle and have honestly received the worst post service a brand could possibly offer. Whilst stating all of this - a gentleman was still trying to convince me to buy the new Audi A1 (completely ignoring my complaint) Once again I picked up my car with the really bad brakes - and was advised that I can escalate it Audi South Africa should I not be happy. The outcome of this? AUDI SOUTH AFRICA did not even ask me to take it to another dealership for a second opinion, they continued to follow suit on what Audi SANDTON had recorded. I then received a call from Yogesh at Audi SANDTON stating that all new models of Audi’s use a specific compound on the brakes due to new legislation and every car squeaks as badly as mine does, not only is it AUDI, but even if I choose to sell my car and choose any other brand I will have the same issue - YES- BMW, MERCEDES, LAND ROVER - you all offer poor quality brakes, that squeak and leave your consumers unhappy. Once that’s statement was made - the statement that followed was that the squeaking of the brakes is also based on the way I drive my car. Apparently I drive my car “too well” and should be harsher on the brakes. - FUNNY THIS IS NOT DISCLOSED IN A PURCHASE AGREEMENT DOCUMENT YOU SIGN. also, this is very contradictory to the first statement - is it the compound of the brakes? Or is it my driving?

Best part yet- It’s a year a half since I have had my car, I have still continued to have an issue, nobody has ever mentioned new compounds or harsh breaking is better. And after receiving the feedback I speak to someone at another AUDI DEALERSHIP - And the above excuses do not actually exist. There’s NO NEW COMPOUND, and HARSH BREAKING IS DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Seriously Audi your service is most definitely the worst I have ever experienced and heard of. And the fact that you put yourself on a pedestal by defamation of other brands is just brilliant, let’s not forget that a actual complaint from a customer Results in a solution of buying a new car.
