Audi South Africa Need to service their clients

Dear Audi SA. I usually sing your praises but now I will be telling the world how disgusted I am. My car broke down on Wednesday morning. it will take almost 3 weeks to get back. I have been dealing with Audi Menlyn and they promised me a car to use by 4pm on Friday. I am hosting a charity event THIS SUNDAY with over 100 people attending and many South African celebrities. I explained to Charmaine at Audi Menlyn that it was vital I have a car as I am the sole organiser of the event. They have failed to secure the car after Charmaine just did not send YOU the paperwork. I then sent you the needed paperwork and you claim you havent received it yet I have gotten the automatic response saying you did indeed receive my mail. I am now without a car and have absolutely no way of getting to the event on the 8th of Feb at 8:30AM. Your service has disgusted me!!!!! Big promises and no service. I did not expect this from you. I want this rectified immediately. I need a car for Sunday morning.
