Audi Somerset - Worse experience I have ever had!

Took my car in for barrel lock and water pipe replacement - it took 35 days for Audi Somerset West to source the part for the lock, when it arrived they called to say i could collect. I got into the car, drove it off - Aircon not working, car shudders on take off and has no power (I suspect there may be a Turbo problem)

I took it immediately (within an hour) back and asked them to fix it. When i handed the car in EVERYTHING worked.

Audi pointed out that there was a warning light on the dashboard when I handed it in, therefore I brought a broken car in and expect them to fix it! -NEVER the case at all. the Emission control light was on - no other warning lights. The emission control has NOTHING to do with Turbo , Aircon etc. Audi essentially suggesting that I **** and tried to rip them off - I take serious offence to that assertion.

The matter was escalated and Audi SA came back with the same response - "you are to blame for the damage, you brought it in like that" - what could you expect??

In frustration I went to collect my car - it would not start, parts lying on the seat. Jump charged the car to get it going - i drove home and the car won’t start, dead as can be.

My wife has a similar issue with a VERY expensive gear box repair. I personally will never do business with Audi Somerset again. Be ware Audi Owners in Somerset West, this is what you can expect.
