Audi service sucks

My 2017 Audi A4 has been with the East London dealership for more than 3 weeks after I complained about a noise coming from the left rear side. They have even taken it to two body repairers and cannot diagnose the problem. Audi SA can’t assist either. Service Manager says I must come fetch the vehicle or pay for them to do more checks.
