Audi sells broken cars

I was sold a Eqstra extended warranty when i bought a 2nd hand Audi A3 Tfsi 2014 from Audi the glen (24/08/2018)I was ensure by Chantelle Ungerer that the extended Warranty policy was needed for in case anything major went wrong and that everything will be covert

Had the car for 4 months ,Had to replace Clutch & Had to do something with the gearbox (R18,082.39),got the car back and car wasn't driving right ,Took the car back 3times after the gearbox was fixed and each time a mechanic from Audi says nothing is wrong

I went to 2nd hand dealership manager JC to take there car and give me something that is going to be more reliable but There respond was its out off their hands .Andre Smit was the Service Advisor at that time

I recently booked my car in for a service(R7,381.53 -28/08/2019) Rudolph Huebsch was the Service Advisor got a call from Rudolph my Coolant pump needs to be replaced (R7,779.73 Kwl they replaced it ) the mechanics picked up a Noyce, Not sure what they did but the car got cleared to go

After a while of driving the car i experienced more or less the same issues as in the past ,I phoned Rudolph that the car is giving problems again ,He rep**** they cant book in the car because they didn't have any car to lend

On this particular day i was on my way to work and all of a sudden only had 2 gears D1,D3 and M1,M3 took the car back straight away,Mechanics looked at the car and confirmed that the Mechatronics need to be removed(Wear and tear if you ask me) The full amount is R37,696.98 and Eqstra is only paying R16000.00 (and i need to settle the rest R21,696.98 )Why must i sit with this problem if i took a warranty to cover me when these stuff happens ,I am so disgusted in Audi and Eqstra

I see like i am not the only one that have a prob with Eqstra !Useless company

My car is still at Audi the Glen its almost 5Weeks .The sad thing is i have only bought the car 1year and 2 months Paying my car every month R5900. and i have to deal with a car that has so much problems and non of that is my fault
