Audi SAPS technicians are very much *********** and misleading. Don't trust Audi SA technicians' advice. I'm in the middle of the river! Wish I have never owned an Audi, let alone owning 2.

Good morning dear people of God, I own an Audi A4, 2013 model. The car has been giving me troubles in starting lately. I went to the battery shop to have mine replaced. When they checked, mine is an AGM of which they don't keep. I called Audi SA for an advice. Yhe guy at Audi advised that I can replace the AGM with an acid battery as long as the Ah is the same. I went back in the store, natrated the story and they were glad to give me an acid battery. When I started the vehicle, the dashboard went blank. I called Audi again, the guy told me that they need to set and code the vehicle and pair it with the battery. A new story he brought was that I can't replace the AGM with an acid battery. Remember, I had already paid for the battery and is already in my car, marked! The battery store can't take it back. I am now sitting with a battery R2700 that I need to throw away, and wait for the AGM battery they ordered. What kind of service is this? I made sure that before the replacement I contact them, after more than 20 minutes of waiting on the line I was advised that I can buy the non-AGM battery but was told the start-stop system won't work, I was fine with that, after having paid for a part that us not refundable, now a new story!
