Audi Sandton bad service

Bad bad I mean bad really bad service. They took my car in for wiring and it's been a week and they did not even consider to give me loan car, I am stranded without transport to and from work.

They do not even call to update me, I always have to call and beg them to update me. They sell cars that are not well checked until you take your car to another branch and they will make you aware that the car has a problem.

See me buying another car at Audi Sandton again, **** me.
