Audi SA- Waste of time

I purchased an Audi A4 , 1.8T SE in 2016. The car from new had a problem going up hills from standstill. It would just stall. The car was purchased from Audi Durban city. I informed the dealership and Audi SA about the problem with the car. The only response that I got from them is that it is a characteristic of the car and they couldn't help me. They told me that the dealership should have informed me before selling the car to me. I think that this is unacceptable as you just don't buy a car that does not go up hills especially with that price tag. I don't recommend anyone purchasing an Audi as the support you receive is terrible. They just don't care.
