Audi SA Unfortunately "Cannot help"
Extremely disappointed with the Audi Umhlanga dealership. My vehicle went in for a service last week and during a test drive by a workshop technician "he blacked out" due to him not taking his medication and smashed my vehicle into a truck extensively damaging the left hand side doors and quarter panel to an extent where the doors will have to be replaced and a new quarter panel possibly re-welded. I was quickly issued with a loan vehicle, to date I have made multiple calls to the dealership as there has been minimal and selective feedback since the accident.I escalated it to the rude dealer principle Ravi Naidoo whom I contacted and he advises that they are going to repair my vehicle and give it back to me in a repaired condition and if I am not happy with this he suggests I take it up with the motor industry ombudsman. After asking about the next steps, should the vehicle be repaired as this is being forced onto me, I get told that Audi's attorneys will be contacting me in due course. This is the most pathetic service especially given the fact that my car went in not damaged and I must receive it in a repaired condition. My next vehicle is definitely not going to be an Audi. Audi South Africa cannot assist as this is a "sensitive topic" and needs to be dealt with by the pathetic dealership.
