Audi SA - unacceptable service level

Awful service, waiting for parts for 8 weeks from Germany, Customer Care is unhelpful and don't provide feedback by the promised dates, until prompted to do so. Still waiting for a Manager to contact me telephonically for 3 weeks now., they are not Office based and seemingly don't have the time to return my calls.
