Audi SA sold me a bomb on wheels

This supposedly premium brand sold me a substandard vehicle. They **** and sited it was accidental free with full service history. Turns out Audi Johannesburg willingly deceived a consumer counting on the fact that she wouldn’t know any different. This was I March, brought the car back within a month and was only returned to me a month later. They claimed it was fixed. The dealership closed down and Audi SA said they can’t help when o contacted them with the same issue Audi JHB claimed was fixed. I’ve been servicing my car at Audi Rivonia since, with the last service I returned the car within a week because it shaking, smoking and needing coolant daily. The DPF light was on as well. Nothing was done except to top up my coolant! Brought the car in 2 more times after that, still ‘they couldn’t find any fault’. My water pump is now damaged and so is the cam belt. The service manager Rheyaaz pretends to help them doesn’t follow through, when I need feedback he gets his subordinates who are ill-informed to speak to me. He still hasn’t contacted me to let me the status of my query and no courtesy car has been offered to me even though they’ve had my car since Tuesday morning I need a decision maker from Audi SA to contact me. There is a whole lot more to this complaint- you’ve endangered my life and cost me thousands of Rands with your substandard car and after sales service. I bought into a brand that has proved to be nothing but a sham this far
