AUDI SA SELL FAULTY BRAND NEW CARS

There were some problems with the computer box of my new Q3 Audi Sportage. Warning lights appear on the dashboard. The car has been with Audi Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort for two days. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to resolve the issue. Apparently, they have checked everything inside the car and are awaiting Audi South Africa's feedback. There was then a discussion of an R35k cost. The car is brand new. As this car is covered by a warranty and a guarantee, I informed the dealership immediately that I would not pay for any issues. During the first week, I had to continually contact them to learn when they would resolve this issue. It has been a month since my car has been with the dealership and I have yet to hear from them. They appear to be quick to sell the car, but when they have to fix technical issues when the car is still under warranty, they do not service their customers. You are only effective until they have your money, then they leave you with expenses and technical issues. During a trip to CT, the entire computer box went down. My day/night lights and indicators did not work. Getting it to work required stopping my car, waiting a period, and then restarting it. This was on a freeway since you don't have any fuel stations for kilometers. The aftersales service provided by Audi is very poor
